OVERVIEW

At S2 Global, a global leader in security screening and CertScan solutions, I managed cross-channel marketing initiatives that reached customers, executives, and government clients. My role extended beyond social media into email campaigns, web design, event marketing, and brand storytelling helping the company strengthen its global reputation and expand into new territories.

CHALLENGE

S2 Global needed to present highly technical, government-focused solutions in a way that felt engaging and accessible while maintaining professionalism. The brand also faced the challenge of aligning its identity across multiple platforms, regions, and audiences ranging from sales teams and executives to customers and industry leaders.

MY ROLE

  • Directed and scheduled social media content across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook, growing engagement and reach.

  • Launched and maintained multi-platform campaigns, including the Smuggling Trends initiative, which turned global seizure data into clear visuals and stories.

  • Designed brochures, branded materials, and event visuals to support conferences and executive sales efforts.

  • Managed website updates for S2 Global and S2 Events, focusing on usability, SEO, and branding consistency.

  • Created and scheduled email marketing campaigns that improved open and click-through rates.

  • Partnered with executives and cross-functional teams to align messaging and deliver campaigns that met both sales and marketing goals.

RESULTS

  • Drove a 606% increase in S2 Global’s LinkedIn followers (866 → 6,110).

  • Grew S2 University’s LinkedIn following by 2,837% (32 → 940).

  • Contributed to a 3,856% increase in brand engagement across campaigns.

  • Expanded customer territories and strengthened industry recognition through strategic events and digital outreach.

  • Delivered high-quality branding and design for brochures, websites, and event materials that reinforced trust with global partners.
