Overview

Bringing a brand to life goes beyond visuals. It’s about creating experiences people remember. From planning internal activations to supporting S2 Global’s presence at international conferences, I managed events that aligned with marketing goals, told a consistent story, and made logistics feel seamless. Using tools like Mailchimp, Microsoft Planner, Excel, and Teams, I coordinated timelines, communications, and creative assets. I partnered with third-party vendors to deliver large-scale signage, branded visuals, and interactive materials that connected with attendees and reflected the voice of each campaign.

The Challenge

S2 Global and S2 University regularly participated in high-profile government conferences across different countries and regions. These events required unified branding, complex internal coordination, and carefully scheduled rollout of physical and digital assets. From planning training booths to live demonstrations and AR experiences, every activation needed to maintain security, compliance, and clarity without losing visual impact or storytelling.

The Goal

To deliver conference activations and internal events that reflect the S2 brand with confidence and clarity. That meant managing assets, templates, production files, and messaging while supporting our team and clients. Each experience needed to feel aligned with our digital presence while adapting to in-person environments.

My Role

I helped coordinate large-scale event preparation across creative and logistics. I contributed design support for key visuals, managed content for digital and print touchpoints, and collaborated with vendors for timely delivery of banners, animations, props, and booth elements. I also worked with the internal team to organize communications using Microsoft Teams, scheduled announcements through Mailchimp, and built trackable content calendars in Excel and Planner.

Designing & organizing conference booths for S2 Global, Rapiscan Systems & CertScan required more than just logistics. It was about understanding the audience & crafting visuals that stand out in a competitive space. Each booth needed to communicate trust, innovation & clarity at a glance. From branded signage to interactive demo screens, every visual element was created to reflect the company’s core offerings while inviting conversation. These environments were built to make an impact, spark curiosity & leave a lasting impression.
